Today at work we had 'sneeuwballen', roughly translated: Snowballs.

Winter in Holland, unfortunately today no central heating in our building, but we will manage! (using good spirit and coffee)

Divinatio

Had a perfect dinner at Divinatio in Utrecht.
Some headlines:
- 6 courses
- No menu card needed, the chef made an exclusive diner for us.
- A nice view over the city of Utrecht in a beautiful building.
- Wine explanation by the Portuguese representative
- "Smoked mayonnaise"
